Accreditation:
The accreditation of the Media is to be done with the accreditation form. The Accreditation dead-line is on Tuesday 20th of April 2010. For the excepted Media-presentatives we will send a confirmation until 23rd of. April. 2010. The accreditation is based on proof that your media has something to do with our festival and that you will be working as a journalist during your visit.
If you work as a freelancer we hope to receive some kind of confirmation that you will be working as a journalist as well.
Sending an application doesn’t automatically mean that you’ve been accepted.
The Press pass
The accredited and accepted media-representatives will have free access, with the April Jazz Press Pass, to every concert except the Tapiola Hall and Sello Hall concerts. If you are interested to get ticket to those concerts, you need to ask our office to book you one.
Photographers
We ask the accredited photographers to get the list of photographing restrictions from the festival office well before the concert.
